Global Market Freeze Coming

Bonus Content: Trane Technologies Wins Where Chips Are Made

A note from our friends at Weiss Ratings(ad)

Dear Reader,

According to Wall Street legend Dr. Martin D. Weiss, there’s a $3 trillion disaster in the making in the markets, and it could have a sizable impact on your wealth.

“The crisis that’s emerging now is just the tip of the iceberg,” says Dr. Weiss, who has made shocking and accurate predictions for 55 years, including predicting the Dot-Com collapse and the implosion of Fannie Mae, Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers in the 2000s.

The New York Times has credited Weiss as being “the first to see the dangers.” Forbes called him “Mr. Independence.” His contributions have been recognized by the U.S. Government Accountability Office.

“The biggest danger is not just another stock market crash,” he continues. “The biggest danger is not only a major bank failure. Rather, it’s a chain reaction of crashes and failures that could cause a global freeze in the financial markets,” adds Weiss.

The tip of this iceberg? It’s already emerging and impacting perhaps thousands of investment accounts across America.

Weiss, who has testified in front of Congress, says there are five specific steps every American must consider making with their money, before it’s too late.

“When the system freezes, nothing works. Virtually everything shuts down. Companies cannot make payroll. Banks cannot meet their daily obligations. Even the Federal Reserve cannot fix it without massive, Herculean efforts.”

Weiss is doing everything he can to warn the public while there’s still time to prepare, including issuing press releases and reaching out to media outlets.

In fact, Dr. Weiss has urged us to post a brand-new, urgent warning on our public website …

Trane Technologies Wins Where Chips Are Made

Most investors who own Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) bought it as a data center cooling play. That is the right broad thesis. It is also incomplete. The more durable opportunity sits one step further back in the semiconductor supply chain, inside the cleanrooms where chips are actually made.

EUV lithography operates at a wavelength of 13.5 nm, requiring a finely tuned vacuum environment. The system’s mirrors must be controlled in position, shape, and temperature to a degree that tolerates almost no thermal drift. A chiller serving one of these tools is not a rooftop unit. It is a piece of process equipment. Contamination or temperature variation measured in fractions of a degree can ruin an exposure layer worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

EUV deployment pressure is accelerating parallel investments in energy-efficient chiller units. That specification rules out most general-purpose industrial cooling equipment. The vendors capable of meeting cleanroom-grade thermal stability for EUV fabs are a short list, and Trane has spent the past two years making sure it is on it.

In late September, the company announced a successful laboratory demonstration of what it called the industry’s first 800-volt direct current chiller architecture, a proof-of-concept delivering over 3.5 MW of cooling capacity. Its portfolio now spans high-capacity air- and water-cooled chillers, modular and liquid cooling infrastructure, coolant distribution units, and automated controls. The LiquidStack and Stellar Energy acquisitions, both completed earlier this year, added liquid cooling and modular-plant capabilities that can plug into the same high-uptime environments advanced fabs require.

The EUV market itself is accelerating the demand. In its Q2 2026 results, ASML reported total net sales of 9.3 billion euros, up 21% year over year, and raised its full-year 2026 outlook to between 43 and 45 billion euros while planning to add 30% to its 2026 low-NA EUV capacity for 2027. More systems shipped means more cleanroom chiller contracts to fill.

Trane’s financials reflect this. In Q2 2026, bookings reached $7.8 billion, up 39% year over year, against net revenues of about $6.35 billion. The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue growth outlook to approximately 11.5% reported and 9% organic. Q3 results arrive October 29, with analysts projecting about $4.73 in earnings per share and $6.50 billion in revenue.

The risk is valuation. With a trailing earnings-per-share figure around $13.2 and a price-to-earnings ratio in the mid-30s, the stock prices in meaningful continued growth. A slowdown in fab capital spending or a delay in High-NA EUV deployment would compress both the equipment and the service revenue that follows installation.

Still, the structural point holds. Thermal management for high-spec cleanrooms is a specialty market with almost no tolerance for second-tier suppliers. Trane is building the credentials, the product range, and the installed base to own that niche. Thursday’s report will show whether the bookings momentum has carried into Q3 revenue. The longer case does not hinge on one quarter.
